Lot of politics, no salary growth, no career growth. Not give hike based on performance. Giving hike based on who play politics very good in office and you should close to that person who is giving feedback to superior. No work culture. No one is there to guide you. Superior is always dominant to people. Not appreciate to you for your work.

No benefits like insurance or anything. Promotion or appraisals doesn't happen here. Old hags at senior management don't work enough to get new projects and balme low level employees for not having projects. No job security. Learning is absolutely zero except for a cribbing manager sitting on your head to complete Adobe certification so that he can flaunt for his rating. There is no work to be satisfied about. They are cutting down cost by hiring freshers and asking experienced employees to train them, so that they can fire them later. This company has no culture. Nobody cares about you or how you are doing mentally. They have some "loyal" suck up employees working during weekends and holidays.
