... with top management to keep their identity on top by doing unethical practices. The company offers the candidate a good package at the time of joining and when they got low salary candidate or don't want to give a bonus and salary as per commitment the reporting manager keeps on reminding that we are already paying you higher salary. Also, the candidate performance review is not taken by the direct reporting manager. There is no visibility of the Remote office apart from the HO in terms of culture, facilities and what's going around inside the office. I have seen employees working with multiple organization at the same time.
