I dislike the lack of communication between departments. It can be difficult to get information from other departments and it can be hard to coordinate projects across departments. Additionally, there is a lack of transparency in decision-making, which can make it difficult to understand why certain decisions are being made

I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter).
