How much ever efforts you put in or the quality of work you deliver does not matter in this organisation. Under the pretext of "cost cutting" managers fire employees whom they have an issue with. You will be asked to work over-time, extend because "work needs to be done", yet it won't reflect in your pay or appraisal. Even when employees leave, they shy away from hiring replacements and pile work on the existing employees.

Everything was good but the manager was selfish, no help was provided from his end, bad politics and plays with mind. With him there was no hope for growth, I always had to ask for work, he doesn't know the employee problem, just being as manager to blame if something bad happens

Overall company is good, excellent support from seniors, full training, best salary, best opportunity you will get here.

less job security can be fire within a year, little work pressure, but u can adjust.

Totally unprofessional. Salary on time but employees does not know whether they will get salary or they are on LWP / Terminated. Changes policies so much fast. Management themself confuse what they want to achieve. Sr Management is using very unprofessional langugage in trainings and team meeting.

...res, if you crack a good deal that would go to your manager pocket, not yours, the only good thing timely salary but after salary credit your manager poke about your salary

nothing is good in this company, even they given broken laptop. zero product training.
