...uch. Company has allowed work from home and people are working around the clock. Salary deductions are done but work load is more than ever. No laptops or desktop or internet connection is provided by the company. The only good this about working here is people work hard but the management instead of appreciating the employees abuses them.

Dislikes

...nt, can't even say poor management, no tracebility in case of any escalation, salary deductions, ancient technology, very few learning opportunities, 3 years bond, increment not fixed(might be in a year or 6 months or more). No certificate given by company for confirmation, for completing work experience, basically your salary slip is the only proof that you work here. PF is deducted from salary but not added to employees PF account on time. Employer PF is deducted from employee's salary. No HR present in the company since lockdown. No job security, hire and fire rule.

This is small company with less than 100 people, but there is lots of politics that rule the company's atmosphere. There is No job security. You can be asked to move out any day. the CEO is erratic lady who micro manages each and every employee. Problem is that she herself is not very sure of her decisions. This company is one man show. Every decision (how small it may be, has to go to the CEO first). She has erratic moods and decisions depend on the same. There is no respect for employees. They hire Business analyst but ask they to work as customer care executives. Two employees were let go for no reason in front of me. Overall, a disappointing experience.

Friendly environment with our friends zone, Spl learning with extra with friends and lunch table owesome.

Management 3rd class HR 3rd class. your f&f will paid after 6 to 8 month. PF clearance will 10 to 12 month coz of HR don't know pf possess. 0% support after leaving job. Many negative environment are there available.

Good for freshers. They get to work on lot of stuff because there are limited number of developers and too much work.

Dislikes

There is no work life balance, too much office politics. You would be asked to come to office every sat sun and you would have to. Ypu will have to dtay in office to work till 11-12 pm irrespective of your gender. Ila who us the ceo looks down upon all the IT people. She wont even sit at the same table in the cafetrria to have lunch with IT employees. Join there only if you are in dire need of mony and are not getting job anywhere because they will make you sign 3 years contract.

Well its nice place for freshers with good learning curve. All team mates are very friendly and you will enjoy their company. You will get exposure to all phases of software development life cycle and also company has good client base. Another benefit is only weekdays working.

Dislikes

There is a bond for freshers which is for 3 years.
