I learnt new things while working with Nexii but learning curve was slow and had monotonous tasks but it depends on Client you are working with!

Freshers who are planning to get into recruitment, for them it is a very opportunity to explore about recruitment & hiring process. The best place to learn about recruitment. Management, managers & TL's are very supportive.

1. Extremely bad leadership, 24/7 speak in loud voice and keep shouting. 2. Not aligned with the goals of the CEO, try to fool him. 3. Managers are brainless. 4. Horrible work environment, giving unachievable targets, worst company.

Likes

First thing you will notice is job security. The job will be not secure here. Expect a change in your job profile and responsibility oftenly in every 3 months. Management will never hear you and will continue with their job even if they are wrong.

Dislikes

Job Security is not there and it's a completely a consultancy now. They will sell them as product based but that not true. They will mention 90 days as np but they will ask you to leave in 15 days. Job profile will change very frequently.

Excellent place to start a career for freshers,will get an opportunity to work on multiple technologies.Great work life balance and flexible timings, work from home option, talent recognition,appraisals,free meals...

Dislikes

Can't expect job security for the experienced,you will be in trouble if you're on bench.and for freshers it is not an issue.
