Once we get ideas on job then it will be easy and where we can develop ourselves very much. My colleagues are very kind and caring, I can ask questions to them easily and they are very responsive to me and everyone. Here I can develop personally as well as professionally.

I have joined as a trainee here.They treated every person very honest and humble.Better place for learning.Perfect training courses offered to improving my knowledge.Specialized equipments for service purpose are provided.Monitoring process in great,we can track our vehicle through cctv& time consumed in every sections of service center.

Company's rules is good but Management is very bad in that showroom.

...ithholds the salary, does not promote the car, only promotes if 5 cars are sold. They don't pay if target is not met, 5 people left job in my 2 month tenure very bad situation there they are taking advantage of people forceful management worst experience of my life.

On the worst place (Jyote Motors NEXA) to work in Automobile sector.. The Management is very bad,does not coordinate properly with new comers are and one of the worst thing is the salary problem. There's no specific date in salary, sometimes they provide salary on 10th of every month and sometimes they provide on 15th of every month. Creates pressure upon juniors and new comers unnecessarily.

NEXA in itself is good. I worked under Poddar NEXA Guwahati. They divide the salary among 2 persons maintaining all good in papers. Culture of maruti is not applicable here. They follow their own ways. But it was a pleasure to be a part of MSIL. MSIL have wonderful training which taught me a lot.

Job under dealership. Delearship doesn't follow all MSIL rules
