Dislikes

As compared to the workload, compensation is average. Yearly appraisals are also less. Have to work on non working Saturday's too if urgent requirement. Need to extend if target not completed.

No job security or flexibility. Management keeps breathing down your neck with a biased attitude towards minorities. No work-life balance. Owner walks in at any time and expects you to work till 12 in the night after you have logged in the morning. No basic sanitation facilities like a proper toilet with water.
