Teammates, travelling used to be smooth. Now ppl work nly to gain little experience.

...ng, company isn't organised well. EOD Engineers are to be blamed for everything. Talking about appraisal you don't notice any difference in your salary even after working for 5 yrs. It takes ages to address an issue, which can be resolved in very little time, this is because of lack of coordination between different departments. Engineers are nothing but labours. This company works only to the ppl who doesn't have a job at all and who are struggling to make ends meet.

increments are very low 3 or 4 percent like this. doen't expect salary here.u can learn work on the few equipment's only so in future it may not useful to you.

Newtronic is home where different people stay together and work a like family. Supporting nature of all employeee. We get many new things to learn.Teammates are good

Career growth is ok ok. Salary growth is very slow. Pressure is high. Training will be given by seniors but we have to take efforts of searching whom will teach us.

Supportive & time to time guidance is given by boss, appreciate for good job done and guide us in case of mistakes done by us, Total freedom of work and responsibility is given to individual without interference, corporate culture, respect is given to your decision, any add-on advise is given by you is honour.proper evaluation is done and accordingly increment are given, it was a lovely experience working with Newtronic..

Compensation are decent as per your experience, but there is no promotion as such...
