...0 months bringing different vision and objectives and just hiring and firing. 2. There is no clear salary structure even for the employees. People of same role can fall under different brackets based on favourites and other employees. 3. Promotions are based on favorism .and leadership just blindly does whatever there reportees say. 4. No solid work on high iteration and employee satisfaction 5. Some of the employees are mere under pressure all the time to prove themselves and being micromanaged 6. The office politics is such that it has made highly motivated employees go silent and highly aggressive and politically showcased people to have a growth and say on the table . 7. NewRocket was lucky to have so many amazing people as part of the merger but due to weak leadership , high politics, these people were undermined and made to leave without any shown gratitude. The core principles which company present to the world unfortunately aren’t followed in reality .

The only good thing about this company that it provides you good package.

Dislikes

This Company is very unprofessional. There are lacking in management, they will not be able to provide you proper projects, talking about practical knowledge you will get nothing. Any appraisal is not there, on the business front they will try to show that they are doing good, winning prizes for the servicenow partner of the year. But when time of appraisal come you will see no growth, they will give the reason that the company was not doing good. Any Job security is not there. They will not think twice before showing you the exit door.

Everything is good. NewRocket is newly formed company so might be behind of some functions like big MNCs but they have a very good work culture. As it’s a service based, there are targets to meet utilization but every other service based giants has the same thing and big4s as well. Very Good projects and I’ve worked with some of the industry giants. Complete Remote work. Can work on our own timings and get allowance if working in UK shift.

Nothing as such.. They don’t have a huge campus to show off in India.

NewRocket claims to be a global entity, that in reality is a hardcore US company led by a management that boasts of white supremacy, so the rampant racism is obviously ignorantly overlooked. The management comprises of ignorant, incompetent people, who are there, because they were there first, because experience trumps talent, as it suits their convenience. It's more like a mostly family and certain outsiders, as in outsiders trying to make a place in a company that majorly comprises of people who have worked alongside each other for years, some even decades, and are comfortable with each other's competencies. Calling it a blackhole of an organization would be an understatement for a blackhole! Yes, it's literally that bad. Strange for a company, who claims it belives it's people are it's greatest strength!!

Dislikes

If you are competitive then you may want to quit because of certain team members who are not competent enough. Layoffs happen and still incompetent ppl are here. I think they need to do more layoffs in order to keep a working crew. Dead environment.
