Nothing but salary time is too. Delay and promotion www are getting but not with salary hike

Start-up learning for Laptop hardware is ok. Is not there for more learning. English not mandatory. Graduation and diploma not mandatory.

...er target achievement. No safety for girls working. No more to learn from there. Different salary package for same work. Some Sundays working day like compensation for government holidays.

...cigarette at work. Not trying to listen to actual problem, just shout bad words. Management cuts salary of technician for silly mistake. Non collaborative culture. Everyone works just to satisfy boss rather to not get scolded by him.

I liked my manager,who is working and helping in such a good manner. NewJaisa is my first company in Bangalore and it was a really good for me because I learnt lot of from there. Especially thanks to my Manager Hussain who taught me multiple things.

I dislike few senior and my 2nd manager ,their tone ,behaviour is extreme bad ,somewhere with some people ,one of the founders talking in abusive language ,shouted so loud that makes anyone embarrassed and silent,like a terror.And sanitary condition and ventilation of few part of company is need attention,rest is good.

The Management is very Poor , The materials and part required for replacement is not provided properly but we need to complete work 100% which is not possible . Especially Laptop Technician team is fully pressure olny
