I am currently working as IT Recruiter in Newforce Global Services from last two years. Work culture is very good. Management is very helpful and provide guidance over any of the concern like carreer growth and other things. Policies are grooming the employees day by day. As the company is taking care of employees as well as consultants in this crucial time of Covid Crisis.

As per my experience there is nothing to dislike in this organization .As I joined this organisation as a fresher and still continuing with the same.

Company offers wide areas of expertise for job seekers it is the best and good one. one of the best place to work, Friendly management easily approachable. The most enjoyable part of the job, I vl Increase my knowledge and skills.

Best team work, more of a family culture, respect of all employees Very friendly environment,people cooperative and supportive. They were very supportive in regards to COVID- 19

Some company mangment take personal when employee stand for their rights. And yes please learn recruitment this is mandatory in your CV. Because Hr managment not able to internal recruitment for company So I advice you first of all working on your top management level employees And HR Department. Then blaming ground level employees. Ofcourse stop playing dirty game with innocent people.who joins you. No work security here cheap politics by company owner and managment.
