Here job security is 0% or no security, work culture is very bad, management is a very cheap level, there is no policies in favor of employees.

Dislikes

Teammates are good but no authority to take own decision, training is no way, there is no job security, 0% career growth, no appraisal, no reimbursement for travel, work environment is very bad, nothing work life balance.
