Top 10 Pharma clients, Most preferred vendor for all the clients, Very good Salary & Incentives, 5 days wok in a week, Flexible working hrs, Annual trips, Festivals & celebrations, Very supporting GM and Management, Easy leave approvals, WFH are not entertained but we used got for genuine cases, Friendly colleagues, Dj's & Movie night once in 3 months, Cricket club, snacks allowances, Free stay at company guest house. etc..

Too much internal competition when it comes to filling roles with clients, NO WFH, Limited leaves,

Only dislikes. The management is led by boomer people who thinks they are so energetic and thinks right . I am thankful I left the company before it was too late. I pray to God that this company gets banned by the government so that it will never spoil the lives of many. I was harrassed , tortured and I had to take help from a therapist because I was loosing it. Just because of this damn company I suffered a lot

One of the best place I've worked so far. Newagesys treats employees fairly and has an outstanding balance of holding people accountable while keeping employees motivated. Very stable and professional, benefits and pays are always timely. The staff members and management are extremely reliable.

Employee friendly organization with fun-loving and helpful colleagues. Provides plenty of opportunities to develop professionally and also conduct a lot of fun activities. Employee engagement activities are commendable. Newagesys as a company is good for employees to develop a long term career.
