To be honest, for freshers, it is a good start as the freshers pay is higher than average. But technically they don't have a vision, or atleast they don't work towards it. So I don't see a scope. If the higher management is replaced with better people then may be they can thrive.

Dislikes

Almost everything, I have played a senior role there and so you can definitely trust me. They spend more money in outings than hiring good candidates. You basically have to work 24/7, still they aren't happy with your work. On top of it unrealistic deadlines and unreachable goals. So better stay away. If you have no other option than this one, then still stay away.

Management makes a lot of promises but there are no hikes or ESPOS given. Engineering managers have lesser knowledge than fresh graduates in technical side and have horrible people management skills. Managers will also yell and degrade you in front of whole office if they think you did something wrong and take pride in doing so. Extremely frequent layoffs. You’ll be treated like you’re a maid coming to work in the CEO’s house. Join only if you have no self respect

Good Tech company, 100% benefit in working here. Technically stalwarts are working here. Good to blend with them.

CEO is just enforcing wrong culture. yes Sir culture in every time. Shouting of Sr to Jr is common here.

During my time at this company, the only truly positive aspect was the incredible colleagues I had the chance to work with. They were supportive, talented, and made the workplace enjoyable.

Dislikes

The management and HR team were highly unprofessional, and our dear Chief Engineer was the worst among them—amateurish and indecisive. His biggest failure was his inability to make even the smallest decisions on his own. Instead, he constantly shifted blame onto employees, frequently changing staff to cover up his own mistakes. Worse yet, he placed employees on PIP without any understanding of their past contributions or the work they had done.

Good thing is all the engineers will be allowed to experiment in production environment. So that all can learn.

Dislikes

There won't be process for anything. Engineering Management is not strong as well as skilled enough to lead engineering.
