Nothing good about company to share you.No response from upper management.

Dislikes

This company find a way to deduct salary from the staff and very management.He not give salary on time after 45 to 50 days you received one month salary.HR management is very poor they didn't even know exact date of salary credit.When staff call them to ask when salary will be credited they don't give the exact date. Now I am coming to operation team,they didn't appreciate your good work and also doesn't support staff in any situation.There is too much politics.You can't grow here as there is no any scope of appraisal.When I come and meet few peoples he/she claimed that I am working on same profile from more than 01 years but didn't got promotion even after going good in sale number.There is no any yearly increments of salary in this company.There is no any professionalism in work profile.You can't learn any new things while working in this company.
