Dislikes

1. This is the worst company ever i seen, Worst work culture, Worst Owner, Owner is too abusive/rude and he does not know that how should we talk to employees, no job security, please do not join this company 2. They do not provide any joining letter after 3 month of joining, but they want all document. 3. There is lot of politics by 3 to 4 year old employee in accounts and finance, and management does not address our issues. 4. There is no professionalization how to do work in accounts and finance department 5. All Statutory dues are pending for more then 2 years like TDS, ROC Filling, Annual Statutory Audit, Income Tax Renters. 6. There is no cafeteria for lunch, there is a small kitchen for eating lunch have to put number in the kitchen. 7. No HR policies, No leave policies during the entire year like daily wages, Attendance based salaries. 8. Top management (1 Director, 1 Chairman) does not respect employees, they abuse, disrespect their accounts dept. Over all I am not satisfied with this compnay

Nothing is good there. No job security, no career growth. Nothing is as good as employee thinks for best. Request everyone not to join company because of Unprofessional management. They hire and fire employees depend on their wish.
