...dness and favoritism goes for Japanese people and Indians have been looked down.too much disparity in compensation,bad incentive schemes.this company has extremely high attrition rate themselves. no growth opportunities as such.

I learnt a lot in this company. Unfortunately, got laid off at the worst time.

I got laid off due to the office politics where my reporting manager & her team(including myself) denied to bend over backwards against the will of upper management.

No process , no policies, biasdness, non cooperative management, exploitation of employees, you have to work 24*7 as its expected of you.so you hardly log off your laptop for months on months

- As a fresher there is definitely a very good opportunity for skill development. - Good clients is the major plus point of working in New Era.

Dislikes

- No focus on career development of employees. - At times ,Target matters more than anything - Nothing much to gain if you are working for more than 2 years.
