Dislikes

Compulsory work from office, employees have to clean their own plates after lunch. Senior, junior everyone, which is so weird. People go office to work not clean plates. Only owners of the company don’t. Location of office is in the middle of slum area. No place to eat around. Work culture us bad.

You get a lot of free time at your hand to do mostly nothing and no one bothers about it if you have a strong presence.

Dislikes

Being a communication-based company, the work culture here is all about insulting people in the name of jokes, mentorship, and leadership. In heat of the moment, many even tend to cross Personal Boundaries.
