Team mates are non performing and hence indulge in only politics, salary and appraisal are unrealistic, not up-to the market standards and favoured, slogged working culture and could be hounded for proactive and taking initiatives. And if you are not in HO and in goodbooks of the core courtiers you are no one irrespective of your capabilities.

The brand name which is still alive and sound thanks to the efforts of earlier employees. If it were for the current HR team, the brand name would have it the dust long ago. This current HR team and their policies have proved to be detrimental in every way both to the company and its employees

Dislikes

Job security has taken a severe beating in the past couple of months due to the unplanned layofffs happening and in the manner they are happening without giving any warning to the employees to be laid off.
