There aren't anything we like...very bad experience I have faced when I was working there... Owner of this company is very foolish man that's why labour turnover is high.. They couldn't get excellent workers yet.. Workers don't allow to do their duties well because he give more pressure and shouting everytime without any reason.. So employees can't work for a long time they like to resign immediately as soon as possible.. They are waiting for a time resign their job. They have resigned without the permission of company. It badly affect the company 's profitability.. No efficient worker is here.
