...nd employees are often overworked, leaving them feeling burnt out and exhausted. Despite the excessive workload, the pay is shockingly low, especially for the hardworking employees who give their all day in and day out. It's disheartening to see such dedication and effort go unnoticed and unrewarded. On top of all of this, there seems to be no real opportunity for growth or advancement within the company. Despite hard work and dedication, promotions and advancement seem to be based on favoritism rather than merit. It's clear that there is little incentive to work hard and excel within the company. Overall, the work culture at this company is incredibly toxic and leaves hardworking employees feeling undervalued and underappreciated. The lack of efficient management, biased practices, overworking, low pay, and lack of growth opportunities are all factors that contribute to a negative work environment. It's clear that changes need to be made in order to create a healthy and positive work environment for all employees.

There is literally no positive aspect about this company.

Salary is never paid on time. No extra pay for working overtime. However salary will be deducted if an employee leaves even a minute early. This seems more like a school rather than a workplace. Employees are constantly reprimanded for minute things such as walking around the office or even chatting with their colleagues. However, the upper management constantly keeps on chatting unobstructed about non-work related topic. There is zero scope for any increment. Even though most employees have a civilized and professional demeanor, the CEO constantly bullies the employees in a passive aggressive manner

If you want to grow there is no growth opportunity, sad to say. The policies Change anytime The increments are not based on your yearly performance but sad to say that they are based on your increment month's performance including terms and conditions.

Good management, great comunication, Excellent team work. Every employee or seniors work together here, helps everyone, friendly nature its feel like our second home and family. I had a great oppourtunity to enhanced good skills and developement. Good facilities provided for the employees.
