I’m working in Bangalore for last 9 years. Currently I got 2 offers. 1. CTS - Bangalore (CTC - 22.7 LPA) 2. Deloitte - Hyderabad (CTC - 24.2 LPA) Is it good move to shift to Hyderabad for Deloitte ? Is it ok to ask the HR if my base location can be changed to Bangalore ? Please share your thoughts

Its having WFH culture for few employees staying far.

Dislikes

Worst ever management, No appraisals and no rewards for good work, Employees taking outside projects in company with help of managers, Work time exceeds 13-14 hrs daily.

I got to go on sight visit to Romania. other than that rest everything is good regarding team and work. Good thing is they have some new policies for covid 19 .

Dislikes

There is no appraisal at all they don't even produce basic facility like laptop and internet expenses. there are some linguistic politics and some favoritism. they don't stay as per their words when we are joining.

Never think about hike, If u need more hike you have to put paper and demand. Now working culture is totally changed, u should work like a machine now. If u know to do self marketing then u can survive.
