Jobs will not be taken away. Although there was no hike and they only provided half month salary, company did not lay off the employees too much. Work culture is hectic. There is no peace of mind even after reaching home. Management is the same. There is a tug of war going on between clients and management and we are stuck between both of them. We have to listen to both sides as this affects our job, and that means twice the normal work. They make us sign 3 year bonds as well so we cannot leave the job when we want.

Dislikes

There is absolutely no growth. Maybe you stay there for experience, but jump out of the company as soon as you finish your bond period. The team lead don't know absolutely anything. They expect us to do our job and do their job as well. Such an irresponsible leadership.

The Company policies are for some employee if you are doing best then your good employee in this company but any time your bad performance then company director is abused you and forget your best.
