Very good company in terms of growth, development and knowledge. Management is very receptive to feedback. The company gives you the opportunity to widen your scope and develop your skills.

Good compensation but growth is slow. I feel the company can take initiatives working on employee appreciation and team bonding practices to make the already good work environment to an even better one.

Salary package is not sufficient it should be at-least 10 to 11 k minimum per month. but its below 10 k in which life is difficult to manage. In this generation.
