All depends on who is GM during your tenure. Without verification they given all decisions power to a person who is GM. No job security... They will not support just blaming you. Not even a single enquiry they will reffer just assign a area to u. For travel pathetic travel policy 1000/- max hotel per day including tax 350 food Tour permission and after tour report and investigation so much thing difficult to right very long.

What i learn from this company is how to make fool to your employees. This kind of experience will help you when you sit a higher level.

Expenditure clearances, High amount of false commitment, No job security, No other benefits, No bonus, No hike and No growth after all.

Lots of traveling need to do and need to support customer , they may call u untimely also. Some customers are good, some customers ambitious. Need to change timing due to customers urgency.

You can do your job till the age 60 easily if you're area GM will support you.

Dislikes

Owner/MD will never contact you in normal days generally whole working life. That's why some time your Sr management always shows their unnecessary value.
