its great place to worked as there is a lot of visionary conflict at the top level how to worked and people from the non trade educate and guide you how to work and how to get the best result to much experimental approach and mising trust factor make the simple things in a complicated way down the line people have very poor exposure and to much work politics . good brands but in a wrong direction .

top level politics and too much statistical approach make wrong thing correct and correct things wrong..

there is no job security, employer treat their employees as personnel servent, no culture, no carrier growth, no policies,work environment is worst bad behavior of employers toward employees, employers are very arrogent. strongly suggested for dont do job in neva.
