Salary. Poor management of things. Less professionalism. Much pay cut and one month salary has been kept as security deposit. Too much harsh rules in school policy.

Each and everything was disgusting. The employees who have been working for many years rule their juniors as they are the owners of the school, even torchers new joiners like donkeys. Also the founder and principal only listen to them.

Our Respected founder, Mr. Santosh Sethuraman, sets a remarkable standard of leadership by thoroughly analyzing challenges and finding effective, thoughtful solutions. Respected Co-founder, Mrs. Lakshmi Sethuraman, with her perfectionist approach, has been instrumental in shaping the journey for many of us. Her attention to detail has inspired me to achieve my goals with precision and confidence. Our Respected Principal, Chitra Kumar, has an incredible ability to think differently and approach challenges with innovative solutions. Her "out-of-the-box" mindset encourages the entire team to expand their horizons and embrace creativity in problem-solving. The entire administrative team is nothing short of miracle. They are highly supportive, well-equipped, and always on their toes to ensure that the school runs smoothly. Their dedication to catering to the needs of staff, students, and parents alike creates a seamless and harmonious experience for everyone involved. Every day at Neuron Labs is an opportunity to learn and grow. Transparent feedback is regularly shared, which not only helps me improve but also allows the team to grow together. Mistakes are seen as opportunities for learning, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. I also find immense joy in interacting with the students. Watching them grow, learn, and thrive is the most fulfilling part of my role. Their enthusiasm and curiosity remind us why we are here—to shape bright futures in a “Learning by Doing” environment. It is a safe place to work. The staff and Management are very cooperative, always ready to help and provide solution. Your Privacy is maintained and even your contact no is not shared with parents. Everything is preplanned, and your receive an academic calendar for the entire academic year, which helps in planning your leaves and balancing your personal life effectively. You are also paid very well, depending upon your performance.
