During this pandemic where people are unemployed wages are getting cut, there Neural IT has paid full salary with zero cut off. Work environment is good.

The Dislikes are not going to end if I talk about everything, But here are the vary disappointment things... -> The manager is the root of all of evil in this company. Developers are the ones who suffers the consequences. -> This guy's Linkedln say he is a pro at managing tech projects, but if you watch him, you had think he is been playing office politics for like 10 to 12 years. -> Despite the company's 9 hours workday policy, the neural it manager expects employee ( developers ) to work excessive hours, often exceeding 14 to 15 hours a day. As per his technical manager ( only to show on profile ) this is not a school, college or any university to sit for fixed time. ->This call center manager is trying to teach software engineers how to develop logic and software, but he is really just micromanaging them. -> Here developer won't get any clearity about their task and they expect to give an unrealistic deadline
