...m player, and as per them there is not much contribution by the team, and so on. Managers & HOD's want high salary, but do not reciprocate when employees ask for it during appraisals, they want you to stick with them for few bucks. Management is really week, specially the MPM team, only interested in HR events. HR leave policy is really bad, not employee friendly. The company expects you to consider the work as responsibility, but they dont want to give employees same sense of feeling. There are major 5 teams, BPM, LPM, VPM, MPM and IT team, of which only IT teams management is fair. Rest 3 team managers and HOD's have the full dominance of their team, they behave like they own the company. Rest i wont recommend this company for experienced guyz, as there is politics involved here, specially when you talk about higher positions. Salary is comparatively less, work load is manageable. I must mention that only 1-2 employess stay for 2 years or more..all the other leaves with year or two. The person who is here for more than 5 years have other reason like family pressure, and EMI's etc. Only 5-6 people control the whole company while CEO's remain uninfomed about the actual scenario. Many of the HOD's are the most unprofessional person in the company. Some of them dont even look HOD, may look like the bakery shops labour. Sorry for the wrong comments, but its true

... getting terminated in the blink of an eye. There is no job security as such. People are expected to keep slogging for the salary provided.
