Staff is friendly, timely salaries and a small organisation with less red tape compared to large organisations. There is plenty of experience within the senior team members to learn. Associations with international manufacturers allow exposure to latest products.

Dislikes

...es to motivate them, not even a proper yearly picnic. Absolutely no team events. Compensation is average, sometimes below average. Engineers are not properly trained before sending them for onsite activities. Overall poor management of an otherwise loyal workforce. Internal disagreements within promoters, often in front of employees, promotes confusion and thereby leaves the employees demoralised.

Likes

Direct interaction with every level of people, customers and management. There is a very good exposure to acquire in hand technical expertise, skill on various security systems and software. Flexibility in the work.

Dislikes

Wrong methodology of salary deduction. Inequality in salary review and appraisal. No work life balance. High pressure customer and work. No job training. No appreciation in any form neither allotment of any certificate nor any gift. High politics.
