Company appreciates people working more than 40 hours and presenting them as examples, to make others feel that they are underperforming. No HR in India and any work or workplaces issues or concern faced by employee in India team, is handled by US HR's who do not understand Indian work culture and work laws, and definitely no discretion. Other than at max 10 employees in India, all other are just a number to company. There max strength have been around 60-70 from past 3 years, whereas management claims to cross 100 every year. In the event of conflicts, issues or decision making, the team and employees in India have an upper hand and are heard more. Even though company claims that India team is a dedicated separate office of Neuraflash, they are controlled and run from US with some of the US employees calling India resource as outsourced. Micro management of resources and over involvement of COO, who has constantly shown to be partial towards the India employees Company believes that if efforts are not fetching results, then it is a waste of time and treat the employee putting in the effort, the same way.
