Nothing to like in that company

...f the month, without any understanding or concern for their personal situations. On top of that salaries were delayed, never paid on time and we were left chasing after our hard-earned money, often waiting until the 15th of the month. As for incentives they were a joke- barely anything worth mentioning. This company was an absolute disaster to work for, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Poor management of staff nd salary. Micro management will lead to every successful organisation’s downfall. And here the owner itself handles everything which is strange.!!

Company is good for employees who are performer. These days performance is something which speaks so not only neulife but any company we work if we are performer we will never have problem with the company. If we are non performer or dont take our work seriosly, supervision is of course going to happen. I really had good experience working with Neulife as i was provided lot of flexibility in terms of timing and travelling to work.

only thing i disliked was salary was paid on 10th. But it was not delayed so if you dont have any commitment at start of month, this should not be problem.

Excellent! Good Experience! It’s great & I feel proud to worked with Neulife, I worked for 9 years & really enjoyed my work with Neulife, I learnt a lot, improved various skills, knowledge & grow professionally, I got promoted from store person to Territory Manager, yearly appraisal are good, provided all other employee welfare benefits, job security, good team support. Good place to work. Good opportunity to learn new technologies. Teammates and Management are very supportive. New office is fun and friendly environment.

A small communication gap between teams , Rest are okey.
