Working with a micromanager was a nightmare. He had zero respect for employees and created a toxic work environment. His disregard for personal boundaries was evident when he forced female employees to work past 9 pm at the end of the month, without any understanding or concern for their personal situations. On top of that salaries were delayed, never paid on time and we were left chasing after our hard-earned money, often waiting until the 15th of the month. Samit does every work by himself, i don't think he has HR, accountant or any other professionals working with him. Bargains like pro mom bargains in market. 90% chances you will not get any payments. Deductions in the payments as well, for what, God knows.
