Sometimes you might need to be on bench for long time. But still there company initiatives where you can work full time and improve your skills and utilization

...nee, there will be work life balance, but if you are a senior then probably not. We have calls at around 11pm in the night with the onshore team on few days , but they do pay you good salary as compensation. Loads of opportunities/ projects

Dislikes

If you do get into projects and you don't know what you are doing before hand, you will have tough time to meet deadlines on stories. Calls with onshore are pretty late in the night.

They use the latest technologies which contributes to work satisfaction and skill development.

Dislikes

It's basically a sweat shop where they try to squeeze maximum work out of you. Salary and designation are below peers. There's no job security and the culture is toxic where favouritism abounds.

1. On bench engineers are highly pressured to work in in house projects 2. No variable pay. 3. Insurance sum insured is 3L

Work life balance is the biggest pro with diversity and availability of various roles where one can learn various technologies.

Dislikes

Have heard managers can get into micromanagement but nothing I have experienced.
