...employees, you'll hardly see 1 or 2 employees working here for more than 1 year. Everyone else is new working at a low salary.

Good for new learner, as they have to less to newbies. SO, they consider more internships candidate.

Dislikes

Lot of politics, no salary hike, no growth in career. They can dump you any time. They don't care about your career.

...company because of these reasons: No Saturdays off No work culture environment No raise of salary( excuse company is in loss) Bosses don't sit in the office so everyone here is each other's boss)

Nothing to say..would advise to look for a company that can make your career prospect brighter. You won't get growth hike and no appreciation even if you have done a lot for this company Companies policies-hire to get work done and fire blaming you for no reason

Best place to work. Good professional management and staff. Work is done in an atmosphere of happiness. The director owner is very polite and friendly. Salary incentives always on time. Company rules and regulations are strict but standardized in favor of office members.
