I like about NTIPL is that you can learn lots of new technical job skills. You can learn a lot here.

Salary growth was very poor, In 3 Years of my working experience in NTIPL, I got only one salary increment.

...ch rule or policies that people are following manager do have all power in hand. HR is just for disbursement of salary.

...ny. You will get chance to self learn. The managers are great. HR is supportive. Salary is good not the best....it can be better. Overall experience is the freshers can learn many things from here.

As a visual artist. I am the first one. I don't get to learn from seniors i have to learn it by my self.

Salary Structure - i guess salary offered is a bit low, than company standards. If you do not have any monetary responsibilities or burden, this company is highly recommended for you to upskill.
