Likes

Being in a small scaled company I have learned about lots of things in stores, purchase, production, design and manufacturing Departments. So you always have more knowledge (overall) than any othrer employees who works at mnc in specific Department. I become a multi tasking person. And it's good for myself to gain knowledge in other areas also.

Dislikes

Being small scaled there are no different departments specified, you have to work in between production Departments, those machines are some noisy sometimes i can't able to focus on the checking materials/jobs.
