Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

Network of People Living with HIV/AIDS in Nigeria is a Humanitarian Network rendering quality services for all people living with and Affected by HIV/AIDS in Nigeria. This is the area where I derived my satisfaction. Working with them have truly contributed to my dreams. Learning: I started working with the Organization as a Volunteer but today on same organization I have climbed up to senior Manager with good experience.

Dislikes

The travel policy is friendly however there is a room for improvement.
