As i joined in the Corona Pandemic, the WFH is pretty okay. You get to work on your time, but adherence to the due dates keeps things busy, very busy, flexible work times mean overtime working here and it is quite normal here. People are understanding, good work environment, good competition.

As overtime working is normal, overtime pay is not a part of payment here. You gotta work until the work is done. Also, some people take their designations too seriously and forget how to treat people, also these is for some, and not everyone everywhere is the same.

No comparison with any of the organizations which I know in my kind of business vertical which we are in . Undisputedly the best support system provided not only for the employee but also to the entire family. There is a systematic approach backed by symptom check, one must update on a daily basis, which intern updates and alerts experts who tracks if there is any health hazard to be attended immediately. No compromise on employees well being and health checks especially when it comes to COVID -19 . New offer. Confused.
My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?
