Not having proper training methods and programs No work life balance Managers and leads never support and understand employees point of view like what challenges a new joiner is facing. On doing good work no one appreciates but if you do one wrong thing or mistake everyone in the team will shout at you and make you insecure about your job Not good increment Management is not supportive in my case. Team leads or experience people hardly share any knowledge by themselves, one have to ask them for a month then they will share some knowledge or will just tell to read documents. Very bad way of handling new joiners queries

Helping hands of the team members as well as good mentors from senior members at NetWeb.

Nothing as of now - all goes good when employees took understand their roles and responsibilities and took ownership.

Company policies and management is very nice for all employees. They give good benefit(insurance, career benefit, fitness) from company for parmenent employees. Teammates are very supportive and friendly.

Dislikes

Company environment is very work oriented and very less fun activities for mind fresh. Less focused for training of new joinees.

Job security is the main concern in this company. Nothing else is good.

Dislikes

Very bad experience, so much politics, so many politicians are there and are doing worst politics. Increment policy "was" good. You should learn the how to be a favourite of the seniors to work in this company.

Strict working hours, restricted Internet usage, almost no travel, no variety of projects, people are working on same projects like forever
