Management, irregular salary. If employee left company then management hold the dues. Working hours not fix. Crude rules set up by management. No CL , PL and holidays off also less than as compare to calender.

Likes

No guarantee of job security. Work culture is very bad. Selfish management. Meaningless policies.

Irregular of salary. No proper planning of work. If people left then management hold their dues.

Have gotten to learn a lot, and company allows work-life balance. I do not remember when my leaves or half day got rejected. Always got leaves when needed. Sharp by 7 everyone leaves office and no one is forced to work post that, while in my previous firm we used to work till late everyday. Co.is lenient in some aspects which it should change coz other employees may take advantage of the same

Management is lenient. and should take action against those spreading wrong word,

Likes

If one does their job as per requirement, there are no issues. When not giving 100%, any company wouldn't appreciate. Leaves are granted for personal reasons as and when required. Guidance is provided and regular performance reviews are done. payments and incentives are always on time, never delayed.

Dislikes

Fast paced environment, at times becomes too much to handle but manageable.

Likes

The owners are kind & often try to help out team members on professional & personal front both. Personally saw director going out of the way to make their employees comfortable & valued. Work wise they try their best to encourage employees to perform; for eg. they give hike & promotions in between annual appraisals too. (every 3 to 6 months)

Dislikes

Better processes can be in place. Some people taking undue advantage on leaves.
