Nothing ! Less salary, no growth, no proper structured way of working, politics, toxic culture, they make you work like a donkey and while giving salary all they do is deduct salary as much as they can

...our best all they do is to make you feel miserable and demotivated all the time. Salary for a regional manager is less than an average junior executive role in any xyz company.

Genuinely it is one of the best companies in terms of culture, compensation and everything, whatever package I demanded while interview was delivered to me, the management is excellent all employee are very friendly except few.

Dislikes

All people are good except few,I was forced to resign from the company because the ZM didn't like me personally and thus he gave very silly reason to the GM and I was asked to resign

Too much politics. Manipulative, autocratic and bad management. almost every single Human Resource faces political obstacles at work leading to worst job satisfaction. Only the people pleasing employees enjoys working here.
