The good thing about the company is you will get hands on experience in new things

It's good they provide you with the many technology access to work and learn but there is lot of extra off hours work for you And nobody cares if you have any problems while working and not one wants you to grow above them so you have to learn yourself

The only best person in NetServ is the MD and CEO, he values each and every employee but other management people are ridiculous.

Dislikes

The managers are terrible, many engineers lack basic networking skills, you have to extend your shift every next day and need to work on weekends as well.

The work Culture of NetServ is good, whereas the founder and the CEO interact with every employee and understand and motivates everyone to the field where they like to work. The founder looks for benefits in the company and employee growth.

Not extend internship if I complaint against anyone so instead of taking action they scold me and they told me to leave the office and they hv given me less money half salary not full salary also and there was more of work load for office and home also office boy was not listening to me and lift was not so good and access door button was also not working properly and due to more work i got late to go to my home and staff behv was not good they di partiality so it increases my stress level
