Nothing as such. Managers are rude..Work is too hectic and compensation is terrible. Certainly, more than average companies in Kolkata but still very very low.

...ad an amazing boss who understood the sentiments and struggles of the employees. Although I was just a fresher, I was offered a generous package. The company spent a great amount of time and resources on developing my skills. It is a great place to work if you want to learn and grow as an employee and as an individual.

The HR is extremely unprofessional. That is the only drawback.

Netscribes has a friendly work atmosphee. However, in the field I've been into, it required no travel. The innovation and learning is slow in the company. Appraisals average.

Work load is higher as compared to pay which leads to a higher attrition rate in the company.

Initially work life balance was really bad, but as I started to get used to my job, it became good as I could complete my work faster. Our managers are also pretty chill.

Compensation, appraisals, very poor mometary compensation in my opinion. Also feel like growth is pretty limited in this organization.

...t have to think about your personal life because manager will not let you do so. Also, there is no extra pay for work but you have to do extra work on daily basis because your manager will force you to do so. Cannot suggest any single person to work in this company and under such pressure and worst management and ruin mental health.
