Work from home option. on time salary (because clients pays well to them more than the salary the employees received)

1. No Job security 2. No Job Security 3. No Job Security If the client withdraw the project, You will be kicked out from the company. they don't consider you achieve/over achieve daily, weekly, monthly target , they didn't even consider that you worked overtime, They didn't see your hardwork/appreciate that if u work for a complete year without any mistake. But if you make a simple mistake or you fail to achieve target, they will point out this and start screw you.

Teammates are helpful but managers do no take any accountability or responsibility for any errors or mistakes i.e. if you do your work good, it's a team effort with all accountability to the mangers but if anything goes wrong the accountability lies with the juniors Not a place for freshers, 5+ experience will do really great Training is very unstructured and not at all useful The overall organization and work is very unstructured No performance benifits or any others benefits Politics between managers are too much, you just need to pick a side and you will do fine just, don't get in targetted

The tea and coffee machine was good there and the hygiene of the washroom was also good there

They will cut you out without any reason by the name of cost cutting and you will be job less in a single day without any notice. In last 1 year 5 females were getting promoted and not a single man. Because I think you know the reason. All the managers are like if you're a girl then they will help you but if you're a boy then you will get nothing. Most worst company and the management too.
