Just that it's work from home for some projects because the salary is so low you can't even afford the commutation.

I lost my job at Netscribes because I had to take unpaid leaves because my father had cancer & I had to take care of him. I requested not to pay but atleast keep my job, they instead resigned me.

Salary credit on time. Thete is no delay.

Dislikes

There is no work life balance. You have to work more than 10-12 hrs a day. But even after that you won't get any appreciation or promotion. Souvik Basu is the worst manager I have ever seen. N yes Mr. Bidyut Ghosh the project manager, the cunning manager. I have waisted my 2years at that company and yes didn't got any pf or experience certificate also. Please guys do something else but don't go there.

The tea and coffee machine was good there and the hygiene of the washroom was also good there

Dislikes

They will cut you out without any reason by the name of cost cutting and you will be job less in a single day without any notice. In last 1 year 5 females were getting promoted and not a single man. Because I think you know the reason. All the managers are like if you're a girl then they will help you but if you're a boy then you will get nothing. Most worst company and the management too.

Initially work life balance was really bad, but as I started to get used to my job, it became good as I could complete my work faster. Our managers are also pretty chill.

Dislikes

Compensation, appraisals, very poor mometary compensation in my opinion. Also feel like growth is pretty limited in this organization.
