Alot to talk about this. But in short every month someone or other is hired or fired. This can tell about the culture, management, how professional there are. All thanks to CEO they are someone with 0 experience how to run a company. I might say all the good reviews are paid so beaware of that.

I love how collaboratively everyone work here ! They make sure their strategies help business grow, whether it’s getting more visitors or sales, they know how to do everything so well. ☺️

Gurgaon location. Just the fake smiles of employers in their beginnings, and their absence from office almost the entire day.

Gurgaon location. Refrain from joining this village. Employees abuse here the whole day and employers encourage abuses and rowdy behaviour of employees. They want a culture in the company but the company is filled with cheap employees who not only abuse the whole day but lack basic courtesy. It's like a complete circus filled with clowns. They will judge decent employees a lot, and rowdy ones are never fired. They are like pets here. Had the worst experience of a lifetime, and you will get exposure to a village and how people talk in the village. There are many employees, who whole day only indulge in bitching people and how to get employees fired as well as to just fool employers. there is 0 culture and respect in the organisation. It is a completely homophobic, islamophobic & misogynistic organisation where women are called fat elephants. There are people at the top level who whole day just sit in front of laptops and daily be like there is no work today, and they say this almost all day every day. Employers are directionless, clueless and fake people who are fake sweet in the starting then start showing their true colours, hardly involved 3 hours in office work in which they indulge time in getting fooled by people; as they want to run 10 businesses at one time; in which they are failing at all badly. Nobody in the agency starts working timely and only works when employers are around, while the ones who work are traumatised, tortured, bullied, judged, overburdened and eventually fired by employers. If u ever go there, the only funda to survive is to start bitching, start working less and apply brain on how to get people fired and then u can survive. But expect 0 exposure, clueless employers who change their minds about what is right and what is wrong every 10 seconds and are very proud of their stupid agency and expect employees who are not only mannerless, who abuse whole day and are horrible; but they are worshipped here and even their imbecile behaviour is fostered here. shame on the employers who torcher and over-judge employees while they themselves don't know what they actually want. employers are completely directionless, their reality is different than what they think they are.
