...nt. No work life balance as they don't believe that an employee have a life. During Covid-19 lockdown they gave WFH to most of the employees but for others they marked as without pay days.

Dislikes

- Terrible policies - No regard for employees - No new ideas - Senior management don't know what they want to work on. Everything is left on the employees and when employees present there ideas, management don't like it and will have to do all the work from starting with in a day. - No new tools - No learning opportunities - No support from managers in any way.

Terrible Job security. You can be fired from job anytime. There projects are never long term and they don’t know how to manage good long term projects , so projects keep ramping down and they keep firing and hiring policy

Likes

All jobs are good, if you got good and supportive managers. There are no one doing micromanagement. So all good and all well-behaved staffs. If your manager did not call you means everything running good. This is all about good things.

Dislikes

I am no hatred person, if I am wrong, whom to blame, and if they are wrong, to whom to blame, it's all about attributes and attitude towards your duties and sense of responsibility. So I feel there were no dislikes as of now.

As such there is zero positive points for this organization. I mean to say IT organizational environment is something different if we compared with Netparticipate Solutions, They treated employee just like a labour. There are many more things to describe here, but main concern is text limit of text box.
