Salary will credited time to time. Benefits are decent, like cab facility but it's limited to limited areas. Friday will be fun Friday activities but only limited to general shift and morning shift people. Others will be busy with their work. Lunch and dinner are provided with no cost. Coffee, tea machines provided. Only CEO and few people are genuinely working to improve their products and services.

Dislikes

Work culture is not healthy. Domination are more often observed in management and manager levels. TOO old people need to be replaced with new talent. These people don't understand the need of new technologies and their use. Sometimes new ideas are not allowed. People are not willing to work due to less increments. Partiality you can see. Micro management are very common in this company. No outing with teams. No enjoyment. No work life balance at all.

Don't join this company as contract employee,they will treat you like slave here ,you will not be getting any benefits from NeteNrich, I am suffering the same , No insurance, No bonus ,Rewards, No allowances , No extra leaves ,only 1 in a month. No carryfarword leaves , No holidays, No point of contact here , No Respect,

I personally feel NetEnrich will be good at Job Security.

Apart from Job Security, remaining all aspects i feel average below. No Carrer Growth, No identification on hard workers, No Improvement in Salary Hikes, They will run the projects with very limited resources leads & Managers are will not consider our hard works and efforts towards. There is a lot of policts and the management doesn't address our issues.

No Night shifts for Ladies. Good teams culture. CEO is a Exemplary man of Vision.

work politics. low pay scales. Lack of Trainings. No support for Career Enhancement. No Work from Home. No flexi hours. No Transport. No Free Lunch. Not a balance work/family life.

Appraisals should be appreciated in terms of comparison as per ratio based of previous year package, and also the fact is that most of the employees start with low package of even 6k per month.

Dislikes

Regional feeling of CEO's as well as CEO's HR management (of his region) is the worst part of the NETENRICH, this particular practise of the management won't let the employees of other region to grow or to grab a opportunity despite of eligibility/skills/capability. This illetrate mentality of the management is horrible.
